Vida Za'abeel was planned as a multi-building residential complex in Za’abeel, Bur Dubai. The project was developed by Emaar Properties through its subsidiary Zabeel Square. Construction started in December 2017 and the original expected completion was Q4 2020, however the development was later cancelled. A new project, Address Residences Zabeel, was launched on the same plot.
